Spent the New Year at this hotel and it was a great experience. the location was super convenient, just a short walk to the main attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with suggestions and bookings. the room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. the breakfast was amazing and a great way to start the day.

The lack of elevators, but the staff was always quick to assist with luggage. the other negative aspect was the noise level from the street at night, but this is to be expected in such a vibrant area.

The location is good, not far away from the beach and the circumstance is not very noisy. The room is big but with very old facilites. Stuffs are just soso.

They sent me an email on the day before my check in, said my reservation had been cancled. I didn't see this email besause I had on my trip and limited to access internet. Although they provide room to me, it is really wierd!! I need to inform them at least one week before my check in day if I change my reservation. But they inform me cancle my reservation just one day before my check in!! This way is really unacceptable to me.

no lift and five floors to go to the room. the room was so bad, i don't know how this hotel can have 8 as votation from the guest. this was really the worse hotel i have staied in thailand..

I recently stayed at a hotel in Patong and had a fantastic time. the hotel was great value for money with affordable prices. The attention to detail was impressive, with clean rooms and basic amenities provided. I particularly loved having a room with a balcony, offering a nice view of the surrounding area. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the beach and within walking distance of some fantastic restaurants.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was wonderful and I couldn't fault a thing.

The price was good, the room was clean and enough big.

The bathroom could be more comfortable - it was big, but there was nothing in it, neither a place to put some bath stuff! Also the view from the balcomy is "stunning" - the is a wall of another building 5cm from the balcony's railings.

Basic but very adequate. Reasonable accommodation within short walk to Patong beach and shops. Clean, safe.

No lift - walk up 3 flights of stairs, depending on floor, you're placed in, can be quite difficult for some people. No facility in room for making coffee. Internet only available in reception which is very basic. I missed not having a pool or nice public area in which to spend time.

Location was not bad posible to go to beach without bike. the one good point its beautifull blue fridge its big so u can buy fruits how much u want. Silent place. And price was good maybe it was promotion 12 dollar per night. Right price for this room.

Bed was squeaky. All furniture is very old and broken. Terrible thing is The view from the balcony of a wall of an adjacent building. 4 th floor by walk its too much. In bathroom no staff to put shampoo and all what u need.

They mentioned credit card on Booked.net website but they don't accept credit card to pay there ( it is only for reservation purposes ). Only cash
